Push the symbolic constant 'j' on the stack

#### Description

The j function pushes on the stack a symbolic representation of the imaginary unit $j=\sqrt{-1}$.

j provides a convenient alias of i for those applications where the latter might be confused with the i variable (usually electronic engineering).

Application of the →NUM operator returns the complex number (0,1) in rectangular format.

#### Compatibility

j is specific to newRPL and has no direct equivalent in userRPL.
