The ''TIME'' function retrieves the time on the calculator. The time is expressed by a real number in the format **HH.MMSS**, where:

  * **HH** are the hours;
  * **MM** are the minutes;
  * **SS** are the seconds.

The range of allowable times is **00.0000** to **23.5959**. It is to be noted that the time is always in 24-hour format, regardless of the state of flag [[manual:appendix:flags#flag-41|-41]].
